Here at Blacksmiths Family Medical Practice we welcome feedback both good; and the not so good.

You can provide feedback in multiple ways:

• the suggestion box in the practice waiting room (can be anonymous)

• Via email, team@blacksmithsdoctors.com.au 

• talking to your GP

• talking to our other staff members

We want to hear from you directly if you feel comfortable doing so.

We know that sometimes people want to discuss things with someone outside the practice. In NSW the Health Care Commission would be where you would take matters further, however we do hope we can settle any issues directly.
